In my capacity as a real estate agent I place the highest regard on my promise to ALWAYS put my clientsÂ’ best interest first. Since 1989 I have had the pleasure of serving both buyers and sellers in the ever changing real estate market. I have helped both first time and repeat buyers to skillfully navigate the extensive process that begins with finding the right home and ends with settlement. In between, my goal is to make the experience as stress free as possible. I have helped sellers to prepare their homes for sale and advised them on market trends so that their home shows in the best possible condition, and their pricing decision generates a quick sale at an acceptable price.
Listening is an art and I pride myself on being a good listener. In asking the right questions and in listening carefully to the answers, I can best serve the needs of my clients and carefully advise them, knowing that I fully understand their objectives. My background in the philosophy and practice of Yoga and meditation helps me to create an environment that is calm and stress free during a process that can, like all of life, present obstacles.
My interest in environmentally friendly living goes back to the mid-1970s.
